Ecogrow fish soon on your plates

Ecogrow SA has reached an agreement with Jean-Charles Bensadoun, a professional fisherman and owner of Propeche Léman, to develop a perch aquaculture in our aquaponic culture system. Mr. Bensadoun will accompany us to offer the restaurant upscale fresh fish with the best quality of pulpit. 

Using no fishmeal but only plants and insects in order to feed them, we should produce 100 KG of perch 100 % Bio per month. Our products will be in the best gastronomic tables of the region. 

It should be known that in Switzerland more than 90 % of the fish consumed are imported and that the fisheries and the industrial breeding represent a real scourge for the environment thus with these edible perches in our system of culture Ecogrow SA is more than ever in in keeping with its values and philosophy : respect for the environment, zero carbon footprint, urban agriculture, zero impacts on lakes and oceans, the use of new technologies and the welfare of humans and animals.
